Flat cut brisket, cured in our whiskey barrel aged brine with a secret spice mix (i.e. whiskey). Each brisket is cured, but not braised, and comes with a whiskey mustard and brown sugar glaze and pickling spices to braise it with. Available in 3 lb. increments
